Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Microwave Oven: ONLY USE DEFROST MODE
Do not defrost separately, prior to cooking.
Set microwave oven on defrost mode. Place frozen Seekh Kabab upright along the edges of a bowl (do not place flat). Cook for 7 – 9 minutes, flipping the kababs upside down halfway through cooking.
Defrost product inside refrigerator until thawed prior to cooking.
Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry thawed Seekh Kabab over medium heat, turning frequently through cooking.
Once thawed or cooked, and if you intend to consume product within 2 days, it can be stored in refrigerator below 40°F. Avoid refreezing thawed or cooked product.
