Cooking Procedure
Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Microwave Oven: ONLY USE DEFROST MODE
Do not defrost separately, prior to cooking.
Set microwave oven on defrost mode. Place frozen Seekh Kabab upright along the edges of a bowl (do not place flat). Cook for 7 – 9 minutes, flipping the kababs upside down halfway through cooking.
OR
Frying Pan:
Defrost product inside refrigerator until thawed prior to cooking.
Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry thawed Seekh Kabab over medium heat, turning frequently through cooking.
Once thawed or cooked, and if you intend to consume product within 2 days, it can be stored in refrigerator below 40°F. Avoid refreezing thawed or cooked product.

I read the reviews on the Original recipe and the customer made a suggestion for a spicy version which she said would better emulate the taste of what she had back home. When a company listens to its customers by reading reviews and feedback, no matter how small or great, that speaks volumes to me. I’m sad to say that I have never had an authentic kabab made for me so this will be the closest I will come to the “real deal”. With your interest to serve your customer’s desires, you sold me. Can’t wait to try your products now and please make more “spicy” products to mimic the authenticity that your customer’s review mentioned. All the best to you that the Creator wills.
