Due to the perishable and time sensitive nature of frozen food deliveries, it is the customer’s responsibility to be available to accept delivery of all items sent by K&N’s Foods USA to you.
By ordering from K&N’s Foods USA, you agree to accept delivery and consent to your order being left at your address if no one is available to accept delivery.
The courier will be notified of any location information stated at the time of purchase. If you do not state a location for deliveries to be placed, or if the courier receives no answer when delivering your order, the package containing your order will be left, and every effort will be made to place it in a safe location. However, you consent that the package will be left at your risk.
K&N’s Foods USA accepts no responsibility for orders lost, stolen or damaged once we have proof from our courier that your order was delivered to or left at your address.
